Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Honest, upfront policies — so you know exactly where you stand before, during and after your tyre fitment at our Welshpool workshop.

Warranty Responsibility

All tyre warranty and guarantee claims are handled directly by the tyre manufacturer / supplier — not by Tyre On Sale. Our role is professional installation only. If, during installation, our technicians identify pre-existing vehicle issues such as worn brakes or suspension problems, our team will notify you immediately so you can address them. Any defect or failure arising from such pre-existing vehicle conditions is not the responsibility of Tyre On Sale. We commit to giving you our honest best work and leaving no room for complaints.

Post-Installation Testing

After every tyre installation, our team performs a thorough manual inspection followed by a road test to ensure correct fitment, balance and customer satisfaction before the vehicle is handed back.

Wrong Size or Brand Ordered by Customer

If a customer provides an incorrect tyre size or brand at the time of ordering and the tyres are subsequently ordered in, a replacement fee of $10 per tyre will apply. Any related bank surcharges or payment processing fees will also be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

If a customer cancels an order after it has been placed with us, a cancellation fee of $10 per tyre will apply. The customer will also be responsible for any bank charges or payment surcharges incurred on the transaction.

Wheel Alignment Recommendation

We always recommend a wheel alignment at the time of tyre installation. If a tyre is damaged or wears prematurely as a result of misalignment or an underlying suspension fault, the tyre warranty will be void and the claim cannot be honoured.

Rim Condition & Minor Scratches

Our staff is fully qualified and works to the highest standards. However, if a rim sustains minor scratches during installation due to its existing condition — for example a weak, corroded, or already-damaged rim — Tyre On Sale cannot accept responsibility for that damage.
